Kitengela Brothers Thank Kenyans For Standing With Them

The Two Kitengela brothers who were among three persons abducted in Kitengela last month, have shared their ordeal theough a video hours after being found.

They shared their story in a vide shared by Law Society Of Kenya President ,Faith Odhiamb

The two brothers Jamil Longton, 42, and Aslam Longton, 36, were  dumped and found alive in Gachie, Kiambu County, early Friday morning.20/9/2024

"I thank Kenyans and the people who stood by us. We were released early morning around Gachie in a bush. We walked until we found an estate where we asked to charge our phones, and then we were able to communicate with our family. We thank God, and we will discuss more through the president of the LSK," Jamil said.

"I thank Kenyans for standing with us. We were released early morning and thrown into a bush. That’s how we are here today."

The two brothers, have been missing since August 19, 2024, they were  abducted alongside Free Kenya Movement coordinator Bob Njagi by unidentified men.

The Law Society Of Kenya filed a case demanding the police produce the three men prompting summoning the then acting Inspector General Gabriel Masengeli who is set to serve a 6 month jail term for contempt of court.
